  • Harris Teeter Fuel opened in July 2019
  • 40,000 SF of retail delivered in 2019 with most tenants open for business or under construction on interior build out.
  • Marriott Courtyard Hotel expected construction start date in 2nd quarter 2020.
  • Phase 2 retail consists of 20,000 SF of small shops and two out parcels. Pre-leasing is underway and developers expect to begin construction in Summer 2020.
